About Ayush Marathe:
Born with a profound hearing impairment of more than 100-decibel loss in both ears, with a genius-level IQ, Ayush Marathe made his way into Parle Tilak Vidyalaya, English Medium School, through normal entrance procedures. Passed out SSC in 2001 competing with all hearing students through the mainstream.
After HSC he got admission to the prestigious JJ Institute of Applied Arts.
He passed out in June 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Art, (BFA ).
He secured admission for Post graduation in Graphic Design at the Premier Institution, NID, Ahmedabad.
Only 10 students from all over India and the only student from Mumbai in his batch got the seat.
While at NID, his publication, ” NID, A Green Saga” found a proud position in the library of the Institution.
Ayush passed out from NID with flying colours in 2010.
He was employed as Art Director by Mudra Communication after his Post-graduation.
He later took over as Sr. Manager, Designs, at the famous News Channel, Times Now.
At present working as Sr. Associate, (Design), in one of the world’s top Equity Research and Asset Management firms, Black Rock, Inc.
His Achievements:
- Nominated for an International Poster Design, on Eco Conservation, endorsed by ICOGRADA, Ukraine, in 2009.
- Nominated for a Global Poster Design On ‘ Outer Space” at an International Design Competition, Poster Stellar, New Jersey, USA, in July 2021.
- Won the National Award at the CMO Asia Forum, as best Digi tech Designer, for his posters on Social Awareness, in August 2021.
